Cooperation with n’H proves its worth
In close cooperation with the timber construction company n’H (neue Holzbau AG), the experts in membrane construction have created a magnificent dome roof here that offers the residents of the residential complex more than just dry and well-shaded areas to play, live and relax. While the n’H timber constructors prepared the complete basic framework for the impressive dome building, the timber construction was assembled directly on site by the experts from HP Gasser AG. Already during the preparation phase, the dimensionally accurate parts for the membrane covering were prefabricated in Lungern. This prefabrication is important in order to have transportable parts on the one hand, but also to enable smooth assembly on the construction site. The better the prefabrication, the faster and more accurate the work can be done on site.
Convincing result
The result of ambitious and highly professional work is a domed roof that is a real highlight, and not just visually. Under the translucent, absolutely weatherproof and hard-wearing material, a covered atrium has been created that offers the residents of the residential complex a plus in quality of life in any weather.
Already in the first periods of use, it has been shown that this solution is functional as well as modern and sustainable. This is not only due to the quality workmanship from Switzerland, but above all to the passion with which HP Gasser AG, also in cooperation with n’H, always seeks, finds and implements the best solutions for each project. The Säckelamtshüsli Schaffhausen residential complex is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Schaffhausen. The fact that all the apartments in the Säckelamtshüsli Schaffhausen were very quickly reserved by the future owners shows that a high quality of living has gone hand in hand with perfect construction.
HP Gasser AG from Lungern/Obwalden has played a not insignificant role in the fact that the Säckelamtshüsli Schaffhausen is a top-class residential complex. The project consists of a total of three houses, each of which brings its own character.
While one appears rather unspectacular, another captivates with its atrium apartments above, while another convinces with roof exits to the roof terraces with a very special ambience.
HP Gasser AG, in the roof window element construction division, took responsibility for the roof exits themselves. With the Sunslider roof exit, accesses to the roof areas were created here that perfectly match the attractive residential complex.
Each of the four roof exits was perfectly prepared at the factory in Lungern and could thus be installed without much additional effort. This extends the living area of the apartments equipped with them up to the roof and, in addition to a wonderful far-reaching view, also offers a very private place for enjoying the sun when the weather is right. And even if the sunset should not turn out so splendidly, the Sunslider roof exits allow more daylight into the rooms below. This creates more space and more transparency in a residential complex that is already one of the most beautiful in Schaffhausen.
