The new production hall “Kristall” of HP Gasser AG will be 47 meters long, 34 meters wide and 20 meters high. The groundbreaking ceremony directly next to the company headquarters in Lungern has just taken place, and the first roof window elements are to be produced in the hall as early as August. “We have grown strongly over the past three to four years and have now reached our limits,” explains Managing Director Markus Fuhrer. The centerpiece in the production hall, which is flooded with daylight, is a modern crane system that replaces all lift trucks. Logistics are handled through the air so that the space can be used mainly for production. The new hall not only provides space for modern and contemporary workplaces, but also stands out for its optimal integration with the existing buildings. And how could it be otherwise: The wooden construction is enclosed by the in-house membrane facade.

Rural living close to nature in modern living space close to the city with plenty of privacy: this is what the Mättivor Schwyz development stands for. Not far from the historic center of Schwyz, 37 spacious condominiums with 3.5 to 6.5 rooms and 13 light-flooded villas with garden terraces will be built this summer. This is where HP Gasser AG comes into play: With rooflights up to 12 meters long and 60 cm wide – similar to the shape of a matchstick – the roof window specialists from Obwalden provide the necessary daylight. They are light strips that arouse emotions in the living area of the terrace villas and meet the highest demands. Both the delivery directly to the construction site and the installation of the rooflights – suspended by crane above the Schwyz valley basin – were carried out by HP Gasser AG from a single source. And all within a day’s time.

Instead of sending New Year’s cards or giving customer gifts, HP Gasser AG always makes a donation to a social institution: This year the Zentrum Mittengraben (zemi) in Interlaken is pleased about our support. The zemi is a social institution where about 70 people with mental or multiple impairments live and work. In the affiliated school, 40 children are taught in five classes. In addition, the zemi accompanies another 40 children in integrative schooling. “We are grateful to be able to count on such support – we are also happy when the concerns of people with disabilities are widely supported and shared,” emphasized zemi President Ernst Meier at the check presentation in Interlaken.

HP Gasser AG will be providing more visibility on March 22: At the airdome day in Wohlen, our latest innovation will be in the center and open for inspection for interested parties. The panorama hall of the TC Wohlen opens up a new dimension due to the installed window row made of transparent EFTE foil. The characteristics of an airdome do not change – for indoor athletes and spectators, however, completely new perspectives open up; from the playing action into the open air and vice versa. Our membrane construction specialists will be on hand to tell you all you need to know about our in-house innovation and the subject of airdomes for sports clubs: On March 22 at Wilstrasse 72 in 5610 Wohlen from 1.30 to 3.30 pm. A visit is worthwhile.
