The symposium at the University of St. Gallen is one of the world’s leading intergenerational conferences. Every year at the beginning of May, young and old debate economic, political and social developments here. To ensure that the leaders of today and tomorrow can exchange ideas in the dry, HP Gasser AG has been covering the meeting zone on the campus since 2011. Four customized HPG Memstruc\u00ae structures are used, which are stored in Lungern throughout the year and only assembled in St. Gallen shortly before the symposium: It takes four assemblers 1.5 weeks each to assemble and then dismantle the 1,544 m2 membrane roofing. Both school operations and the listed building envelope have to be taken into account – a challenge for true professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
