With immediate effect, Stefan Reinhard, our own instruction and service technician, is on the road for our customers. HP Gasser AG thus invests in customer satisfaction and is also competently available to you after the sale. The 41-year-old Melchtaler trains especially new customers around the installation of ordered roof window elements. This ensures that our products are also installed in our sense – especially for special elements that are rarely used. The creation of the new position also favors a more flexible and independent organization of service work. In the case of Velux and red-roof windows, these will now be offered independently of the manufacturer after the warranty has expired.
